Shipping Timelines
We understand that emergencies happen, and sometimes your client will need their True Link Visa® Prepaid Card replaced urgently.
Our standard card shipping timeline is 6-9 business days, but we also offer an expedited shipping option of 3-4 business days. Below are the differences between these options:
- Standard shipping, free, mailed via USPS without tracking information
- Expedited shipping, $30.00 shipping fee, mailed via UPS with tracking information
Either option can be selected from the Dashboard at the time the replacement card is needed. That being said, if you need to upgrade an order to expedited shipping after the order has been submitted please email our Trust Support Team at trustsupport@truelinkfinancial.com no later than 4 pm PT / 7 pm ET. After that window has passed, we are unable to upgrade card orders.
Expedited Shipping Fee Payment Process
By default, True Link will charge the $30.00 UPS fee to the account linked to the True Link Visa® Prepaid Card.
If your beneficiary is part of a pooled trust account, we will charge the fee to the sub-account linked to the card. In the event that a sub-account is not attached to the True Link Visa® Prepaid Card, our team will charge the $30.00 UPS fee to the card balance.
If it is ever preferred that we charge the fee to the card balance instead, please email our Trust Support Team at trustsupport@truelinkfinancial.com immediately after placing your order and we’ll be happy to update how the fee is charged upon request.
